She made her first cake on December of 2011 for her daughters birthday. Soon she realised that her passion was in modelling so she dedicated all her free time trying to improve her skills on that.
On 2012 she started teaching modelling classes in Greece but also abroad.
At November in 2016 she won a gold metal in Cake International Show
On March 2017 she got First gold metal and Best in Show International, on Cake International
On November 2018 she got another gold metal in the collaboration cake category, on Cake International.
